Dear viewers,

Our society was officially set up in December 2003, and is at present, administered by a working committee made up of founder and active members.

The society's goal is to enhance scale modeling, and from the model gallery one can view the various scale models made by club members.

The Malta Society of Model Makers, holds regular weekly meetings every Wednesday evening, at the Catholic Institute in Floriana; from 18.00hrs onwards. During these meetings, the members have the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and discuss modeling techniques. Lectures, visits to museums, historical places, dinners and other social events, are amongst the activities which are organised by the society.

The Malta Society of Model Makers, is a non-governmental, non-profit making and non-ideological society, consisting of persons, who have a technical interest in model engineering and scale models, thus helping its members in any way; to improve their level towards the achievement of excellence in their field.

Annual exhibitions are held at the Catholic Institute, Floriana.
